Stunning swimming pool, fitness and wellness facilities, breathtaking city views

Elevators feel outdated and crowded!!! The absence of USB ports in rooms is quite disappointing, and I can't help but think that the location's dining options could use a boost for convenience!!!

This place suits me perfectly with great fitness center, indoor swimming pool, and attentive 24-hour reception. On my first stay, the staff helped me with an insect bite, which I remember fondly. Highly recommend their services.

I enjoyed my stay, especially the spacious Junior King Suite with a comfy bath. Breakfast impressed me with its variety, though I faced a towel shortage during my visit. Despite this, the staff remained friendly and helpful throughout our time.

The room had spacious floor-to-ceiling windows, keeping the area bright. Amenities like a kettle and complimentary snacks made it feel homey. The breakfast was a highlight with a wide variety, including delicious local options. The staff stood out—always friendly and helpful, ensuring I felt welcomed. However, the cleanliness in my room needed attention. I found used tissues near the bed and dust in multiple spots. I also noticed that the air conditioning wasn’t as effective as I hoped, making the room a bit uncomfortable at times. Though the service was generally good, I experienced some inconsistencies with towel replacements during daily cleaning, which was frustrating. The lounge access added a nice touch, providing a relaxing atmosphere, but it could benefit from more food options during peak hours.

Staying here with friends was a blast! We loved visiting the Olympic Stadium and taking boat tours of the South Harbour. The beds were comfy and the staff were super friendly and helpful. It’s a great spot for fun!

Wow, breakfast blew me away! Fresh fin-tastic local eats, including made-to-order waffles that were pure bliss. The staff? They were simply ace, always on hand to help out, especially with our requests. A shoutout for the excellent pool and gym—they really took our stay up a notch!

There were a couple of hiccups though—our room needed a bit more love in the cleaning department, and we found ourselves often short on towels. Just little things, but for a 4-star, you'd expect they’d have it down by now.
